My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The service was fantastic and the staff truly made me feel like a part of the family. However, I was disappointed by the room’s condition and the unexpected resort fees. While the dining options were excellent and the beach club experience was enjoyable, the overall facilities could use some improvements.
